Argentine artist La Yegros is releasing her second album Magnetismo on March 11th, her debut on Soundway Records. Bringing new energy to cumbia, Mariana Yegros released her debut critically acclaimed album Viene de Mi in 2013.

On her forthcoming album, La Yegros incorporates Argentine folk traditions with modern beats. The album was produced by Gaby Kerpel (King Coya) and features Argentina’s Gustavo Santaolalla and Javier Casalla, the violinist from electro tango stars Bajafondo. The album infuses her classic sound with new collaborations that include Puerto Candelaria from Colombia, French based singer Sabina Sciubba from Brazilian Girls and the African roots of Lindingo from Reunion Island.
